For more than 15 years, Central New York organizations knew us as ISD (Information Systems Division). ISD is now part of BrightWorks IT. The same team works from the same Chestnut Street office, now backed by a 24/7 security operations center and engineers in five states.
IT here comes with its own problems: patchy rural internet, ice storms and staff spread across several sites. Budgets also have to stretch. We design for all of that. Most issues are fixed remotely in about 30 minutes, and for Otsego County clients we're onsite within 2 to 3 hours.
