DOD 5220.22-M (3-pass minimum) for standard drives. For high-sensitivity data or failed drives, we provide physical destruction (shredding). Both methods include certificates of destruction.

Can we donate equipment after data destruction?

Yes. After certified data destruction, functional equipment can be donated to other nonprofits, schools, or community organizations. We coordinate the donation process.

Is this required for grant compliance?

Many federal grants require documented data destruction procedures for equipment containing grant-related data. Our certificates satisfy these requirements.
